Our staff is readily available at the registration desk to assist you with on-site requirements. Please visit the IATA Registration Desk, located in the Grand Ballroom Foyer, Level One, at the Mandarin Oriental.The Registration Desk is open during the following hours:

SECURITY

All attendees are asked to be vigilant at all times and take extra care of their personal belongings, such as laptops. Entrance into the conference rooms will only be permitted to those displaying their badges. You are therefore asked to ensure that your badge is with you and visible at all times.

DRESS ATTIRE

All functions require business attire.

JOT APPOINTMENT SYSTEM

Prior to the event you should have received an email with login information for the interactive JOT Appointment System.  This will allow you to create a conference profile, set appointments with other delegates, and view the delegate list, program, and hotel floor plans.

TRANSPORTATION AND GENERAL INFORMATION

TAXI

There are taxi and limo services from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to selected areas in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. There are 4 types of taxis for you to pick from: Budget, Premier, Super Luxury, and Family Service:

  • Taxis are available outside the arrivals area at Kuala Lumpur International Airport.  We suggest you ignore the “touts” and get a pre-paid coupon at the Airport Limousine Counter when you arrive in Kuala Lumpur.
  • Taxi fare to the event site is approximately MYR 68 (for a budget taxi) or MYR 93 for a premium taxi.  Journey time from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to the event site is approximately 45 minutes.

TRAIN

KLIA Ekspres is the fastest way to travel to the city, as the journey only takes 28 minutes non-stop.  The train is equipped with comfortable seats, digital entertainment, a wheelchair seat restraint, a wheelchair-friendly washroom, and luggage racks.

Last Train 12:30am (KL Central), 1:00am (KLIA)
Frequency Every 20 minutes during off-peak hours
(5:00 am – 6:00 am, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm and 10:00 pm – 12 midnight)
Every 30 minutes after midnight

One way ticket for an adult is approximately RM 30.00
