Payment for Exhibit Space

At this time you should have received your invoice. If this is not the case, please email Please note that payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Onsite event management reserves the right to withhold set up of space and access to the exhibition area for those whose invoices have not been paid in full. If you have pay by bank transfer, please provide the bank transfer confirmation so that we can identify your payment and apply to your invoice.

Event Registration and Hotel Reservations

  • Be sure to register for following applicable passes as well as secure your hotel reservations online at
  • It is highly recommended that you register and book your hotel reservation IMMEDIATELY.  This is an extremely busy time in Amsterdam, and we anticipate our secured rooms to be filled up much earlier than normal – most likely by mid-end July.

Sponsor Passes

  • Total of complimentary passes are laid out per contract. Select “Attendee Type” of Exhibitor/Sponsor and enter “Discount or Promo Code” supplied to you with your invoice.
  • Additional Sponsor Passes can be obtained at USD $1795 + VAT. Select “Attendee Type” of Exhibitor/Sponsor.

** All Sponsor passes will be allowed to attend the AVSEC World conference sessions, exhibition and all evening functions.

  • All items must arrive no later than 8:00am 29 September 2011.
  • Should your items not arrive on time, we reserve the right to not distribute or utilize the items in question.
  • Shipments will not be accepted to The RAI prior to October 2nd, so it is highly advised to use the contracted freight forwarding company of AVSEC 2011.

How do I get from the RAI Convention Centre to the Airport?

  • TAXI: A taxi from the RAI to Schiphol Airport takes approximately 15 minutes (outside of rush hour) and costs I am not sure but I think about € 40,00
  • TRAIN: A train from the RAI to Schiphol Airport takes approximately 10 minutes (outside of rush hour) and costs one way around € 5,- and same day return around € 9,-

How do I get from Amsterdam City Centre to the airport?

  • TRAIN: By train from Central Station, takes approximately 20 minutes and costs one way around € 7,- and same day return around € 13,-
  • TAXI: A taxi from the city centre to Schiphol Airport takes approximately 30 minutes (outside of rush hour) and cost around € 50,-
